Sakhalin Nocturne -樺太夜曲-
In 1890, the 30-year-old Chekhov undertook an arduous 11-week journey from Moscow across Siberia to the penal colony on the island of Sakhalin.
After his visiting, the island had difficult history.
Governed by Russia and Japan, and after the World War Ⅱ Korean people are left to the island.
Now, the island's rich resources -such as oil- call multinational companies from all over the world.
People call this far east island like this.
"The end of the world".
